The person in this role has the opportunity to focus on data analysis and interpretation to inform real-time adjustments to store operations to ensure on-target results, all done in alignment with our Mission, Culture, and a positive donor and customer experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Culture Champion – Cultivate our culture by embracing, exemplifying, endorsing and teaching CommunityAid’s 12 Core Behaviors. Analysis and planning – Monitor and analyze key store performance indicators and data daily; applying understanding and insight to make real time adjustments for improved results.
