Black Belt - LEAN

Job description

As the Black Belt – Lean, you will be a results-focused change leader responsible for executing complex, cross-functional improvement projects that deliver measurable business impact. You will apply Lean Six Sigma methods to improve cost, quality, delivery, safety, and customer experience while coaching teams and building problem-solving capabilities across the organization. Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Lead end-to-end DMAIC and PDCA projects delivering measurable improvements in performance, cost, quality, delivery, safety, and customer experience. - Apply Lean tools and statistical analysis to identify root causes, validate solutions, and ensure sustainable results. - Drive implementation and control plans to sustain gains. - Facilitate cross-functional project teams across Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial, and functional areas. - Coach Green Belts and project team members in Lean Six Sigma tools and disciplined problem solving. - Develop and track project KPIs, financial benefits, and progress against targets. - Communicate results, risks, and learnings to project sponsors and leadership. - Promote standard work, data-driven decision making, and continuous improvement...
