As an Industrial Custodian, you will perform all duties related to the upkeep and maintenance of a tour-ready, state-of-the-art industrial manufacturing organization that builds equipment dedicated to the rugged and challenging terrain of the forestry industry. Location: 1403 Dundas Street, Woodstock: Dedicated Afternoon Shift: 4:30pm – 3:00am, Monday – Thursday Shift Premium: $3.00/hour Job Duties: - Operate industrial vacuum cleaners and floor-sweeping/scrubbing machines to remove dirt, scraps, coolant, oil and heavy debris from office and shop floor areas - Collect waste and recycling from the shop floor, offices, lunchrooms, washrooms, etc. and dispose in appropriate outdoor bins/compactors - Dispose of recycled cardboard in the compactor and bale cardboard as required - Mop, clean and sanitize washrooms, lunchrooms, and the kitchenettes, including high-touchpoints in the facility, such as doorknobs, light switches, etc - Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings - Outdoor/yard cleanup - Distribute paper towels, toilet paper, and soap in washrooms - Maintain an inventory of sanitary and janitorial supplies Skills and Experience: - Adaptable to a changing work environment, comp...
