Job Description David Weekley Homes is seeking a polished, customer-focused Design Associate to support our Design Center experience. This part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming environment, engaging with customers, and assisting with the home design preview process. As a Design Associate, you will serve as the first impression for customers exploring design selections, while ensuring a seamless, organized, and elevated experience within the Design Center. Job Responsibilities: - Provide a warm, professional welcome to all customers and manage the Design Center sign-in process. - Conduct guided tours showcasing included features across various communities. - Prepare and display pre-selected design packages for inventory homes, curated by our design team. - Answer incoming calls and emails during preview hours, including scheduling preview appointments. - Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing Design Center environment throughout the day. - Close the space at the end of each shift, ensuring all materials are properly stored. - Communicate customer feedback and insights to sales consultants and the Design Center team to enhance the overall ex...
