Roles and responsibilities: The Optics Fabrication group in Wilton, CT creates precision optical components for all of our DUV and EUV lithography systems. Our optics are used in various internal systems such as wafer alignment, wafer leveling, inspection, stage measurement, reticle manipulation, and metrology measurements.
