Job Description: Montage Orthopedics and Sports Medicine - Ryan Ranch Annualized Salary: $89,856: Temporary Program: 11-16 months: Under the leadership of the Director of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, the Physical Therapist-OCS Resident is responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals referred to the medical group. This role involves collaborating with referring providers to assess patient needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy to promote optimal outcomes. The Physical Therapist-OCS Resident plays a key role in maintaining clinical excellence and community engagement through active participation in outreach and partnerships with local healthcare providers. In addition to the Physical Therapist role, the OCS Resident will be responsible for scheduling an average of 5 mentoring hours per week with their mentor and 8 hours of professional/educational activities.
