In this role, you will be instrumental in preparing single-family rental homes for new residents by developing accurate, comprehensive estimates for newly acquired properties, as well as make-ready renovations and repairs. You will evaluate each property’s scope of work, create detailed cost breakdowns, and work closely with construction teams, vendors, and acquisitions to ensure projects are completed efficiently, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a keen eye for detail, and enjoys combining hands-on property evaluation with strategic estimating to make a real impact on operational success.
