Electro/Mechanical Assembler VJ X-Ray LLC (VJX) is the global leader in developing and manufacturing integrated x-ray sources and high voltage generators. An Electro/Mechanical Assembler role is responsible for building electronic components to specifications while ensuring that high quality products are delivered globally to meet VJX’s stringent quality and safety standards. Job Description: - Fabricate complete cable and harness assemblies, via wire selection, cutting, stripping, crimping and tinning of wire per product design specifications, schematics, wire lists and IPC standards - Populate and solder electronic assemblies with through-hole and surface-mount components - Populating and soldering PCB’s - Support engineering team in building electronic and mechanical prototypes and test fixtures - Work from schematics and other engineering documentation - Follow all VJX and OSHA workplace safety requirements and policies - Safety Sensitive Position Essential Skills: - High School Diploma or equivalent - Minimum of two (2) years of similar experience in a tec...
