Summary: A Registered Nurse renders professional nursing care to patients, within an assigned unit or authorized community health center site, in support of medical care as directed by the medical staff and pursuant to the objectives and policies of the Sun River Community Health. In addition, this position will perform duties assigned on as needed basis. Job Type: Full Time: Pay: $80.00/hr: Requirements: - Develops, implements and evaluates the nursing care regimens for clients. - Plans, coordinates and assesses client care. - Identifies client needs and provides direct nursing care based on the client’s care plan. - Documents client care with accurate and accessible records. - Collaborates with interdisciplinary team members to develop, implement and evaluate client care. - Functions as preceptor to students, new hire candidates and other clinical team members/ staff when needed - Administer prescribed medication to clients and keeps accurate records of all medication administered in accordance with law and Sun River Health policies and procedures - Utilizes standing orders in accordance with Sun River Health policies and procedures - Communicates with Pharmacy, Laboratories and...
