Business Development Manager - Digital Pathology & Surgical Visualization (CEE-SEE Region) Barco's Healthcare division is expanding across Central and Eastern Europe, with a key focus on pathology, surgical visualization, and integrated workflow solutions for operating rooms and endoscopy suites. We're seeking a Business Development Manager to drive market penetration across Eastern Europe, strengthen partner networks, and accelerate direct end-user sales in high-growth segments like digital pathology and surgical displays. Required Competencies: - Achieve individual sales targets for Barco healthcare products, with emphasis on pathology and surgical visualization solutions. - Identify, recruit, and onboard new resellers/distributors across CEE-SEE; serve as single point of contact, develop business plans with performance targets, and conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs). - Activate existing partners per target plan; collaborate with Barco Account Managers to own partner support and commercial opportunities. - Provide technical/sales expertise for accurate product specification, demos, and pathology workflow integrations. - Deliver proactive product training on pathology, SRQA...
