Position Summary: The Mortgage Lending Trainer is responsible for training personnel on products, software, policies, procedures, and all regulations pertaining to state, federal, and lending compliance. Essential Functions: - Partners with Director of Mortgage Lending Training to provide training to new hires on processes, products, services, and systems to enable sales and service success within a reasonable time after hire. - Evaluates the effectiveness of training programs by analyzing learner feedback and ensures content in training programs meets the business needs. - Assists with the design and development of training programs to meet the ongoing needs of the end to-end lending process encompassing sales, fulfillment, and service. - Creates design documents, course content, test criteria, handouts, learning aids, and evaluation/measurement tools for all lending training programs. - Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.
