HouseSmart Construction – Installer IV HouseSmart’s Installer IV role will be a team member that is knowledgeable of all aspects of the setup process for single and multi-section homes. This is a hands-on opportunity to own all construction tasks on the jobsite and help with the training and quality check of others. This is a role that collaborates with the Crew Chief to ensure that all pieces of the project are moving as efficiently and smoothly as possible. What You’ll Be Doing: Work efficiently and effectively in all aspects of the setup process, having the ability to work with a team or independently on the day-to-day. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to, responsibilities with prepping and cleaning jobsites, roofing, basic masonry, various high-level electrical and plumbing tasks, etc. Haven’t done some of these tasks before but have construction experience to help you learn these quickly? No problem – we’ll train you. Safely learn to operate and eventually lead and own the operation of specialty heavy equipment. Answer questions and help support the team’s growth.
