Job description

Amentum is seeking a dynamic J56 Multilateral Operations Planner to provide research, planning and analysis support to the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) at Camp H.M. Smith, Hawaii. ​​ Duties and Responsibilities: - Act as a J56 Action Officer, providing necessary administrative, logistical, and technical support to the division, with a focus on supporting the Multilateral program and branch. - Provide analysis and inputs that directly shape CONPLAN/OPLAN/Multilateral Policy development. - Support the regular execution of J56-owned Battle Rhythm events, provide the expertise necessary to understand and shape content with the ownership necessary to ensure successful execution. - Conduct research, both unclassified and classified, on various topics supporting ongoing and emerging operational concepts, plans, and policies, distilling that research into actionable recommendations for OPLANs/CONPLANs as required - Participate in senior-level strategic and multi-lateral planning and briefings, including preparing formal papers and background information for USINDOPACOM senior leader decision-making. - Provide timeline responses to specific questions pertaining to policy and oper...
