Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 6 years of experience in an applied UX design role, working on digital platforms or technical products. - Experience with interaction design, visual design, and prototyping. - Experience designing for enterprise products. - Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance design workflows (e.g., productivity, research, or content drafting), or with designing AI-powered features (e.g., addressing trust, mental models, or interaction patterns for LLM-based interfaces). - Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions). Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree in design, human-computer interaction, computer science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - 3 years of experience working in a cross-functional organization. - 2 years of experience leading design projects. - Experience in EdTech, Cloud (B2B/B2C), or Enterprise learning environments.
