What this Job Entails: We are seeking a highly skilled Wireless Network SME to lead the design, architecture, optimization, and lifecycle management of enterprise wireless infrastructure across global campuses and mission-critical environments. This role will serve as the technical authority for wireless technologies, partnering with Network Engineering, NOC, and SRE teams to ensure scalable, high-performance, and secure wireless connectivity supporting engineering, research, and business operations. Key Responsibilities: Architecture & Design: Lead end-to-end wireless network architecture and design for global campuses, labs, and enterprise environments Design high-density Wi-Fi deployments (WiFi 6/6E/7) Conduct predictive and post-deployment RF site surveys Develop global standards for wireless deployment, configuration, and performance optimization Evaluate and implement emerging wireless technologies (e.g., Private 5G, CBRS) Engineering & Optimization: Perform RF planning, spectrum analysis, and interference mitigation Optimize wireless performance for high-density user and device environments Develop capacity planning models and scalability strategies Implement wireless QoS st...
