Job Requirements: What your background should look like Typically requires 1-2 years of related work experience. Completion of high school or equivalent is usually required. - Working closely with the planning department on scheduling issues, reviewing the weekly/ monthly production schedules, and ensuring that the business goals are achieved. - Evaluating the reported production, reviewing completed factory orders, making changes to the reported production, and providing suggestions on factory orders based on the production demands. - Analyzing manufacturing processes, recommending production capacity improvements and operation efficiency, and ensuring resource coordination to meet production standards and requirements. - Optimizing the utilization of machines, minimizing operating costs, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
