It's more than a career, it's a calling WI-SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital - Madison Worker Type: Regular Schedule: This position offers a variable schedule with a mix of day and late shifts. Typical shifts include: Day Shift: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (may start as early as 6:30 AM for complex case setup) Mid Shift: 11:00 AM–7:30 PM or 1:00 PM–9:30 PM Evening/Late Shift: 2:30 PM–11:00 PM On‑Call & Weekend Requirements: Weekend and on‑call rotation is required and determined after orientation based on specialty assignment: Neuro: Week‑long call rotation, including weekends (Friday–Monday) General Surgery: 2–3 weeknight call shifts per month plus 24‑hour weekend call Orthopedics: 2–3 weeknights per month and 12 hr weekend call every 4th weekend Qualifications: Previous OR experience preferred, though new graduate and experienced RNs are invited to apply. Job Summary: Delivers professional nursing care in the operative setting to patients undergoing surgical or other invasive procedures.
