Brief Description The Senior Field Sales Representative represents Ulterra Drilling Technologies ethically and professionally at the field level. This role is responsible for growing revenue and market share, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, capturing performance data, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, on-call environment. Detailed Description: Call on all rigs within the assigned area with consistency and professionalism Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with customers and company representatives Grow revenue and market share within the assigned territory Capture accurate performance data and achieve a minimum of 95% monthly bit record collection meeting quality standards Maintain 100% inventory accountability through proper documentation and procedures Complete and submit all required reports including daily reports, expense reports, vehicle inspections, and revenue reporting by established deadlines Maintain open daily communication with Sales Supervisors, Applications Engineers, Account Representatives, and District Managers Demonstrate advanced knowledge of market conditions including customer activity, rig count,...
