BDC Sales Associate / Receptionist Audi Hawthorne – Hawthorne, NY: Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Audi Hawthorne is seeking a BDC Sales Associate / Receptionist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is professional, organized, and enjoys working with customers in a fast-paced dealership environment. As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience while supporting our sales team with inbound leads, phone calls, and appointment scheduling. Responsibilities: - Answer and direct incoming dealership phone calls - Respond to internet sales inquiries and customer leads - Schedule appointments for the sales team - Greet customers entering the dealership and assist with check-in - Follow up with prospective customers via phone, text, and email - Maintain accurate records in the CRM system Qualifications: - Previous customer service, receptionist, or BDC experience preferred - Automotive dealership experience is a plus but not required - Strong communication and phone skills - Comfortable working with computers and CRM systems - Professional appearance and positive attitude - Ability to multi...
