What You'll Do: - Manages a team of 6-10 individuals, including consultants and managers. Responsible for career development, performance management, and hiring decisions. - Develop team expertise in assessment skills, technical acumen, and consulting skills. - Key member of the account management team, for one or several key client accounts.
