Responsible for the administration, interpretation and evaluation of tests and measurements. Plans and modifies treatment programs. Works with neonatal through geriatric patients with clinical competency, as applicable. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned. MINIMUM EDUCATION: Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology/Communication Sciences and Disorders PREFERRED EDUCATION: NA: MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:. Completion of Clinical Fellowship. After completion of 3 full years/beginning of 4th year may be eligible for Speech Language Pathologist Level II. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Competency in performing Modified Barium Swallow Exams. Competency in Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES). Spanish Proficiency REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE: NEW GRADUATES: Possession of Intern License from the state of Texas prior to orientation.
