About the team Our Argos Commercial & Digital team plays a central role in delivering innovative, customer-focused propositions within the Services & Propositions division. The New Business team is responsible for identifying and scaling new category opportunities that drive profitable growth. Working cross-functionally with Buying, Digital, Marketing and Supply Chain, the team delivers compelling, data-led product ranges that meet evolving customer needs and support long-term business strategy. More about the role: As a New Business Merchandiser, you will be responsible for delivering customer-focused ranges and executing the SDF New Business strategy through effective planning, forecasting and stock management. You will own the development and phasing of sales and margin budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting across key KPIs including sales, profit, stock and availability. Working closely with the New Business Buyer, you will support the creation and delivery of category strategies and joint business plans with suppliers.
