Job description

You will be responsible for maintenance and emergency repairs of Vertiv’s Thermal Management products as well as other contracted systems. Your role requires establishing, promoting and maintaining excellent rapport with all customers, sales managers, distributors and others within the field; maintain ongoing communication with scheduling teams and the line/department Manager Responsibilities and Measurement Criteria with Time investment Needed on Each: Perform diagnostics, servicing, testing & commissioning of large industrial HVAC chillers systems within the Data Centre industry Troubleshoot reactive breakdowns and complete repairs Overhaul and repair of large chiller compressors Clean and maintain Chiller Systems within the critical infrastructure space Respond in a professional manner to all assigned service calls while on duty. Perform work in a safe manner & in accordance with company safety policy. Perform work using current codes of practice/legislation relevant to assigned task.
