We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master to join our global technology organisation based in Coimbra, Portugal , working in a hybrid model . In this role, you will lead multiple global software scrum teams and support the delivery of high‑quality software solutions in a regulated environment, while driving agile maturity and continuous improvement. What will you be doing?: Lead multiple global software scrum teams from planning through execution using agile methodologies and best practices Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives across multiple concurrent teams Collaborate with Product Owners, Marketing, Field Service, R&D, Quality, and PMO to ensure priorities and sprint goals are aligned Establish, track, and report KPIs related to predictability, efficiency, and delivery outcomes Actively identify and remove impediments and risks that hinder team progress Support the software release process and promote continuous improvement in ways of working Mentor teams and stakeholders on agile principles, mindset, and practices What will you need to...
