Business, Institutional & Markets Operations (BIMO) sits within the Chief Operations Office and is the engine room supporting Business Banking and Institutional Banking & Markets. BIMO delivers critical operational and enablement services—including product fulfilment, payments and risk management—across a complex, high-value client portfolio. With a workforce of ~1,000 employees, BIMO plays a key role in driving operational performance, customer outcomes and resilience at scale. We are open to candidates based in Sydney or Melbourne for this role. Do work that matters: Reporting to the Executive Manager, Business Performance, you will lead the development and scaling of workforce planning capability across the Business & Institutional business. This is an exciting opportunity to build and shape a high-impact function, leveraging an existing foundation to establish a leading workforce planning capability that supports better decision making, operational performance and long-term resilience.
