Overview Scope of Position: The Coordinator, Staff Development role is responsible for the recruiting, retention, and development of Summer Staff at an assigned camp location(s). This role participates in the development and execution of the WinShape Camps Global Recruiting Strategy under the direction of the Team Leader, Recruiting and a camp-specific supervisor. This role sets goals for recruiting and retention initiatives and is accountable for the results of those initiatives alongside their assigned team. This role is onsite at assigned camp locations in the summer to facilitate the care and development of Summer Staff as a critical ministry outcome.
