Safety and Loss Prevention Manager Location: Exeter, PA: Role Summary: Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Safety and Loss Prevention Manager for our Exeter, PA location. In this leadership role, you will oversee all safety, compliance, and loss prevention efforts for the distribution center and associate cross-docks, helping to maintain a safe, secure, and compliant work environment. This position also includes supervising assigned staff in support of a strong culture of safety and security throughout the operation. Essential Job Duties: - Develop and maintain safety programs to prevent OSHA recordable incidents and train employees. - Conduct regularly occurring safety meetings. - Conduct regularly scheduled safety inspections. - Evaluate and maintain compliance with safety regulations for government agencies. - Investigate and follow up on safety and theft-related incidents. - Ensure employees complete compliance training. - Comply with all safety standards and requirements to ensure a safe and hazard-free workplace - Assume other duties as assigned.
