In this role, you would be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of machinery and equipment, ensuring quality and productivity by troubleshooting and making necessary adjustments. This is an excellent entry level position that has the potential to lead to an in-house Apprenticeship program and which also provides an opportunity to advance your skills and grow within our employee-owned company. Position is primarily daylight but must be available to work a non-daylight shift when needed in times of high workload.
