Job description

Essential Functions (Technical Advisor) – 80%: Digital Treatment Planning o Plans entry level complexity cases (tooth borne, minimal x-ray scatter, no anatomy concerns, , primarily single-tooth and up-to 3 units in one quarter. o Verifies prescription product and information, e.g. implant, system, size, Surgical Kit etc. o Evaluates cases thoroughly; advises doctors on which product is most beneficial to their needs. o Utilizes CBCT/CT data, IOS data, digital treatment planning software (RealGUIDE). o Evaluates alignment of scans for planning feasibility before implant placement. o Delivers PDF report of surgical plan to doctor for review and advises on procedures with guidance from team members. Customer Service o Resolves inquiries pertaining to guided surgery. o Provides digital treatment planning information. o Ensures customer retention and satisfaction. o Provides online consultation for treatment planning as needed. Case/Pan management o Triages cases into the production flow in a prompt manner. o Creates folders in the shared drive. o Maintains notes in GCX (Glidewell Customer Experience). o Tracks all cases to ensure schedule is adhered to.
