Position: Maintenance Technician - COA and HOA communities Location: South Shore COA and Central Cincinnati Association District - Cincinnati, OH Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5pm, with an on-call rotation every 8 weeks Competitive Pay: $23 to $27 per hour (based on experience and qualifications), plus mileage reimbursement What You'll Do: As a Maintenance Technician , you will play a key role in ensuring safe, well-maintained, and welcoming communities across multiple locations .
