Flexible Work Location Flexible Work Location Flexible Work Location, Indiana 46544 The HIM Operations Business Partner supports the planning, execution and completion of projects and operational activities related to Health Information Management in all hospitals and Joint Ventures. It provides direct assistance to the Director HIM Operations, Manager HIM Chart Completion, Manager HIM Operations. It advances Health Information Management initiatives and workflow improvements to ensure accurate and complete patient records. It partners with leadership to plan and implement change management strategies, including communication, training, and policy development. The role drives standardization of HIM processes across all hospitals and Joint Ventures, maintaining documentation and compliance standards. Additional responsibilities include triaging incoming requests, monitoring and trending key metrics, escalating complex issues when required. The position also supports process improvement and provides training and mentorship to team members.
