Description Job Title: Call Center Representative Location: Headquarters: Department: Sales: Reports To: Sales Manager: FLSA Status: Hourly Non-Exempt: EEO Classification: Administrative Support: Effective/Revision Date: 04.06.2023 Job Summary: This position will be responsible for working cross functionally with the sales team by reaching out to prospective plumbing client leads, using multiple contact strategies including but not limited to phone, email and text, in an effort to answer any questions or identify customer needs before transferring them to the sales team to complete the transaction. Essential Job Functions: - Provide timely customer service to outbound and incoming telephone calls. - Assume ownership and respond to the customer (internal/external) in an efficient, accurate and professional manner to achieve an optimal outcome. - Schedule appointments and notate everything in the company system. - Experience using multiple computer systems or programs (i.e., Microsoft Office, Phone Dialer) - Ability to multitask and toggle between 5-6 windows and/or programs at a time. - Strong communication skills - Comfortable meeting performance metrics related to quality and call...
