Brief Description: The Rebuild Technician plays a key role in supporting ANDRITZ Feed & Biofuel’s service center operations by restoring and rebuilding critical pellet mill components to factory standards. Reporting to the Service Station Manager, this position ensures product quality, equipment reliability, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced service environment. Key Responsibilities: #1ANDRITZway Core Behaviors - Evaluate used pellet mill dies to determine repair requirements. - Disassemble and reassemble pellet mill roller assemblies using hydraulic presses and related tools. - Operate overhead cranes and forklifts to handle and transport components safely. - Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, dial indicators, and verniers. - Track materials used per shop order, monitor inventory, and requisition repl...
