About Us Capability Support is a provider of services to people living in the community. Capability was founded on the premise that we can do better for people living with disability, children, youth and families in the community, by providing flexible, personalised, high quality and professional supports. Capability provides Therapeutic Contact and Transport, Early Intervention Supports, Alternate Care / Residential Type, Therapeutic Supports and Respite to Children and Young People with varied needs, including some with behaviours that present as complex. About the role: Our People and Performance Manager (PPM) plays an integral role in ensuring that Capability Support continues to deliver personalised, trauma-informed and professional services that improve the lives of people that we support. We achieve this by embedding evidence-based frameworks to inform, deliver and improve our services; as well as actively and systematically seeking, acting and reflecting on feedback from clients, staff and stakeholders.
