About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 09 The Role: Executive Assistant to the Office of the CEO The Impact: Provides executive support essential to the mission of the organization and the day-to-day operation of the Office of the CEO (OCEO). Responsibilities: Receives, screens, and directs incoming calls, visitors, mail, and email while exercising a high level of discretion in managing the confidential and sensitive nature of communications Executive Administrative to the OCEO and supporting the Chief of Staff and executive protection, including but not limited to calendar management, coordinating complex and detailed domestic and international travel, itineraries, agendas and compiling documents for travel-related meetings, visa application submission, creating, and submitting monthly expenses Partners with the executive protection team to ensure that CEO movements local, domestic, and international are coordinated and properly covered Contribute to the development of processes and workflows for the Office of the CEO Team Reserve conference rooms and visitor offices in the executive suite for ExCo Members and Board Members Manages and tracks all incoming external invitat...
