Description: ****Average hourly rate is $14.00 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)**** ****This position will include a $500 Sign-On Bonus after 90 days of Employment**** ***This position is an on-call position*** ***Three shifts are available: Monday - Thursday 5pm - 3am - Monday - Friday 2am - 12pm and Friday - Sunday 5pm - 3am**** We are looking for an on-call Crisis Support Worker to add to our team! A High School diploma or equivalent is required. Previous work experience demonstrating competency in a role serving children and families preferred. We will teach you the rest! A Day in The Life as a Crisis Support Worker As a Crisis Support Worker, you will assist with children after hours. These situations may include, transporting a child to their new foster home or helping a child in moderate crisis. You are allowed a maximum of 30 hours a week. The shift begins at 5pm. However, your schedule is flexible, and you get to pick the days of the week that best work for you.
