Position Summary Crescent Machine Operator is responsible to perform machine operation duties committed to meeting all our customer’s need, and people’s needs. Ensuring he operators as outlined in the Crescent Way- 3 P’s: - Purpose - Process - People While building on our culture of: - Doing it Right - Doing it Safe - Doing it Well Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Safety: - Read and understand the Crescent Safety Playbook – Doing it Safe - Ensure a safe work environment is maintained - Engage in the Safety Observation process - Ensure a preventive maintenance tasks are completed one time and correctly - Ensure all equipment is operating safely - Ensure all line work and machine tasks are being completed in a safe manner - Ensure a clean and organized workspace, and hold themselves to a high standard and lives the “leave work areas better than found them”. - Continually seek out and remove forms of risk created by our equipment and equipment setup People: - Provide technical leadership and troubleshooting capabilities - Be a leader in training for all other personnel at Crescent who will interact and or operate with equipment. - Recognize to ensure each person feels appreciate...
