Would you like to contribute to advance the food inspection with AI? DTU National Food Institute is seeking a DTU Tenure Track Assistant Professor who will work on ambitious research projects to achieve modernization of monitoring and control of food producing animals and food. The work will include collection of data in the field, use of register data application of AI models including validation data management, and statistical analyses. The candidate will also be expected to contribute to development tasks related to the modernization of including automatization of the National and European reporting of zoonotic and antimicrobial resistant agents together with a team of colleagues. Responsibilities and qualifications: We are seeking a Tenure Track Assistant Professor with a background in engineering within food science or veterinary education and who enjoy working with data. The projects include cooperation with European partners, and case projects related to animal health and welfare.
