Description Surveillance Observer- Elko: **Housing available after 90 days** The Surveillance Observer is responsible for the protection of the assets of the casino through the use of gaming and security camera systems. Must be 21 years of age or older. Must be able to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. How You'll Succeed: · Dispatch security to areas where incidents are observed. · Maintain knowledge of all table game procedures. · Ensures all equipment is operating at start of shift, during shift and completion of shift. · Reporting all incidents observed on shift to the Surveillance Manager. · Maintain confidentially of all casino information. · Communicate incidents to pit personnel by phone, in a concise and courteous manner. · Aid in the continuing education process of surveillance department. · Operation of gaming surveillance cameras and all equipment. · Operation of security camera and all equipment. · Report writing of incidents observed. · Maintaining all log sheets, daily log, tape log. · Perform other duties as assigned.
