What You'll Be Doing: - Safely operate a ready-mix concrete truck to deliver product to customer job sites - Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure operational safety - Accurately place concrete according to customer specifications and site conditions - Communicate professionally with dispatch, plant personnel, and customers - Maintain the truck’s cleanliness and report maintenance or safety concerns What Are We Looking For: - Valid Class B or A CDL License - Ability to safely operate heavy equipment and follow all traffic and safety regulations - Strong focus on safety, quality, and customer service - Capability to complete documentation accurately and use onboard technology - Dependable work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team - Flexibility to work varying schedules, including early mornings and overtime Conditions of Employment: - Successful candidate must submit to post-offe...
