About this role: The Manager, Change Management, will play a pivotal role in driving change management and enablement activities for critical Sales Technology initiatives at Gartner. This role is focused on translating Sales Technology enhancements into clear, actionable guidance that drives awareness, understanding, and adoption across the Sales organization. This individual will support the successful adoption of Gartner’s core Sales Technology and AI tools across the Sales team. Success in this role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, effective verbal and written communication, and a thoughtful approach to measuring impact. What you’ll do: - Build and maintain engaging collateral that supplements Gartner’s monthly Sales Technology releases to clearly convey key messages and drive adoption. - Lead enablement for third-party prospecting tools, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, and Sales loft. - Communicate key updates or changes that resonate with Sales reps and senior leadership, tailoring messaging by audience as needed. - Track and analyze the effectiveness of initiatives by partnering closely with Product Owners (POs) and vendor...
