Position Title: Fieldwork Coordinator for Practicum & Internship Department: Counseling Department, College of Education and Health Sciences Reports to: Department Chair, Counseling: Dean, College of Education and Health Sciences Appointment: Full-time; 40 hours per week (12-month position) Status: Exempt: Position Summary: The Fieldwork Coordinator is a full-time professional staff member responsible for coordinating clinical field experiences (Practicum and Internship) for all students in the Counseling Program (all concentrations and modalities). The position focuses on developing and maintaining community partnerships, overseeing placement processes, ensuring compliance with state licensure and CACREP standards, and supporting students, faculty, and site supervisors throughout the fieldwork experience. Provide foundational academic advising support, including assisting students with course planning and the development and maintenance of Plans of Study (POS). This position fulfills CACREP 2024 requirements, designating an individual to coordinate practicum and internship activities.
