Description Responsibilities: - Pursue the vision and Execute the mission of the Academy; - Provide instructional leadership and direction to staff; - Supervise and observe all instructional programs and practices in the Academy, including coaching and mentoring directly or through other staff and/or professional development programs; - Hire, evaluate, terminate staff as needed; - Serve as liaison to the Board of Directors, including providing formal and informal reports to the Board and Management Company; - Establish and promote high standards and expectations for all students and staff for academic performance and responsibility for behavior; - Manage, evaluate and supervise effective and clear procedures for the operation and functioning of the Academy consistent with the philosophy, mission, values and goals of the Academy including instructional programs, extracurricular activities, discipline systems to ensure a safe and orderly climate, building maintenance, program evaluation, personnel management, office operations, and emergency procedures; - Ensure compliance with all laws, board policies and civil regulations; - Establish the annual master schedule for instructional pr...
