Logistics Broker - Job Number: 252882 - Full-time - Monday-Friday, 7 a.m.-4 p.m. Now Hiring for May 2026 Job Overview - Power Only Broker: Schneider’s Power Only division is seeking a Logistics Broker in Green Bay, to establish and grow a strong book of business by sourcing carrier capacity, negotiating rates to generate revenue growth and ensuring our customers’ freight is delivered on time. Responsibilities: - Seek new business opportunities by prospecting new carriers and strengthening relationships with current ones through negotiating rates and closing deals in an open transactional selling environment. - Embrace the fast-paced work environment and take ownership of the freight by thinking critically and making quick decisions to manage freight pick up and ensure on time delivery. - Collaborate with winning teams across the organization and maintain an ongoing trailer pool balance in each market to ensure customer satisfaction. - Promote our state-of-the-art technology by coaching carriers on how to use our digital tools to fulfill their business initiatives.
