Rotates regularly through all operations after receiving proper training. Uses a variety of gauges and measuring devices to accurately measure and inspect in-process and finished parts. Performs finishing operation at finish table including final inspection, measuring, cleaning, trimming, auditing, and packing the part. Perform SPC in operations where necessary. Includes graphing samples, and calculating required information as directed in SOP. Initiates action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformities relating to product, process, and quality systems. Identifies and records any problems relating to the product, process, and quality system. Initiates, recommends, or provides solutions through designated channels.
