St. John Paul II Catholic High School is seeking the next member of its distinguished faculty. Currently, with the growth of the school, we are adding a theology teacher with the ability potentially to teach other humanities courses. The school uses a Great Books context for curriculum design. Depending on experience and interest, courses in the department are shared among its members. This is a full-time position. This staff member ideally could also assist in (but not lead) the school's Catholic formation team, working with a small group of teachers and administrators to run the school's Catholic formational program (small faith groups, Sacraments, retreats, student leaders, etc.). The school seeks to maintain a fully and authentically Catholic environment.
