Staff Software Engineer, Generative AI, Applied Innovation Factory

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience in software development and with data structures/algorithms in either (C, C++, Python, Java or Go). - 5 years of experience with ML design and ML infrastructure (e.g., model deployment, model evaluation, data processing, debugging, fine tuning). - 5 years of experience designing, training, and evaluating machine learning models. - Experience using generative AI, to solve real-world issues. Preferred qualifications: - Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. - 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction. - Ability to guide the work of others. - Ability to take an issue and reduce it to a core experiment to verify or disprove a hypothesis. - Ability to empathize with customers needs to generate solutions.
