Rate of Pay : £25.06- £31.78 per hour Summary: The Programme Manager (Transport) will provide senior leadership and specialist programme management expertise to support the successful mobilisation, governance, and delivery of complex transport and organisational transformation initiatives across the council and partner authorities. Working closely with the Transport Advisor and senior stakeholders, the post holder will lead the coordination and oversight of high-profile transformation programmes, ensuring effective governance, stakeholder alignment, delivery confidence, and operational readiness.
