The Role: This role is a direct result of our groundbreaking KU Children’s Services Teacher’s Enterprise Agreement 2025. Our new agreement is designed to continue setting new benchmarks in the sector, providing our employees with the best conditions. The new Agreement features increased Educational Leader and programming time, more child-free days, up to 15 weeks paid parental leave provisions, building on our already amazing staff supports and benefits.
