Job description
The Opportunity Reporting to the GM Visy Automation, this role sits at the centre of our national service offering - leading technical delivery, service capability and spare parts growth across Australia and New Zealand. You’ll take full ownership of our Service function, leading a geographically dispersed team while driving safety, operational performance and strong commercial outcomes. This is a hands-on leadership role, with a strong focus on customer engagement, technical excellence and building a high-performing service culture. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and develop a national team of service technicians across multiple locations - Drive a strong safety-first culture and ensure full HSE compliance - Own service P&L including revenue growth, cost control and profitability - Grow technical service revenue and expand the customer base - Drive spare parts sales and strengthen overall service capability - Standardise service delivery, training and technical capability across the business - Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues - Partner with Sales, Projects and Engineering to deliver strong customer outcomes - Lead customer engagement, reviews and performance...
